As per the president’s the Measures to increase income of population, create stable jobs and reduce poverty through the development of provinces based on new approaches in 2026 Decree, a warning letter shall be sent to personal accounts of employers in the Unified National Labor System by the State Labor Inspectorate should cases of informal employment be identified based on a report of deputy mayors requesting to address it.
Failure to rectify the identified violation by employer within 3 business days, this situation will serve as a basis for conducting a check by the Inspectorate.
If employers, within 1 month from the date of detection of the case of informal employment, enter into an employment contract with employees and pays monthly salary in full, they will be relieved from administrative liability.
From March 1, 2026, the following violations have been set as additional criteria for reducing points when determining the stability rating of businesses:
- confirmed cases of unofficial employment;
- calculation of monthly salaries to employees below the minimum wage.
