Building of Asakabank in Yakkasaroy district was sold at an online auction for 187.7 billion soums to Modern City Construct. Information about this was posted on the E-auction platform.
The building, located on Mukimiy Street, Muhandislar neighbourhood, Yakkasaray district. has a total area of 109.35 ha and 6,700 sqm in office premises.
The building at 178.7 billion-soum starting price had been put up for auction in pursuance of the November 4, 2024 decision of the Supervisory Board.
Modern City Construct, incorporated in 2017, is fully owned by Khosiyat Kuchkarova.
