Training Future Judges
Candidates for judge positions will undergo six-month professional advanced training courses at the Academy on a government grant. They will keep their jobs and receive remuneration equal to the monthly salary of a judge's assistant.
Investment Platforms and Regulatory Sandbox
Until October 1, 2026, testing of investment platforms under a special legal regime for the placing and sale of securities, financing of venture and mutual funds, and investments in limited partnerships is permitted.
Buy Now Pay Later Scheme for Subsoil Use Rights
Companies engaged in open-pit mining will be entitled to buy subsoil use permits and pay for them in installments.
Lease of Adjacent Land Plots Without Auction
Businesses will be able to directly lease land adjacent to their buildings (except for land belonging to educational and medical institutions) for a one-year term with the option to extend it. Agreements will be registered online, and the fee will not exceed three times the land tax rate.
Civil Service Business Travels in Xizmat Safari System
All data on domestic and international business travels will be stored in a single module of the "hrm.argos.uz" electronic system—from planning and geography to final performance assessments.
Public Procurement of Furniture - Certified Only
Only furniture with a domestic-manufactured certificate may be listed and purchased on electronic public procurement portals.
Digitalization of Pension Services
The assignment and payment of pensions in cash through JSC "Khalq Bank" will be carried out using biometric identification (Face-ID) and an electronic digital signature. A service will also be created to assist citizens with pension assignments and corrections to their work experience and salary data.
White sugar — excise tax-free
The excise tax on white sugar without additives imported into the country has been abolished.
Green Certificate for environmentally significant trades
Activities in environmental impact categories I and II are required to have a valid Green Certificate. For companies that have signed a certification agreement before July 2026, work shall be performed free of charge.
One-Stop Shop for Customs Documents
All certificates and permits for the import, export, and transit of goods will be processed exclusively through the One-Stop Shop system.
Subsidies and grants — via social card
Payments to individuals from the Poverty Reduction Fund will be in phases transferred to social card.
