Unified SState Exam that has passed international accreditation could be adopted in Uzbekistan. This initiative was put forward at a government meeting chaired by the president on Monday.
Currently, students take three different exams when graduating: the final exam at school, the entrance exam to universities, and subject exams to obtain certificates. It is planned to combine these exams into one - the Unified State Exam (USE), which will reduce unnecessary procedures and avoid reduce bureaucracy.
It is also expected that this will help save students' time and reduce the financial burden on parents.
