Constrained restrictions on power supply took effect for a total capacity of 16 MW in some neighbourhoods of Tashkent's four districts, today as of 14:00, the press service of Provincial Electric Networks (PEN) said.
PEN emphasized that the measures were taken to prevent transformer overload at some substations and to avoid serious accidents in distribution networks.
The restrictions apply to:
- Chilanzar substation - 4 MW. Consumers: Chilanzar and Yakkasaray districts;
- Kukon substation - 4 MW. Consumers: Mirabad and Yakkasaray districts;
- MZhK substation - 4 MW. Consumers: Mirabad and Yashnabad districts;
- Risovaya substation - 4 MW. Consumers: Mirabad and Yashnabad districts.
