Correctional program aimed at changing the aggressive behavior of a person who has committed or is prone to commit harassment and violence will be approved with the Inson social services centers in each specific case. This is stated in the July 15 resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The programs may include psychocorrection - "active psychological and pedagogical impacting in order to rectify deficiencies and gaps in a person’s development."

The correction program may last up to a month.

The program should be implemented by local government bodies, labor, education and health authorities, activists of neighborhood committees for women's affairs, departments for youth affairs and for family and women's affairs, psychologists from the register of psychologists of budgetary organizations or attracted within the framework of grants, as well as primary organizations for women's affairs.

The Interior Ministry has been instructed to form a register of psychologists by October 1 who will be involved in the development of correctional programs. Their candidacies will be proposed to the Ministry every six months by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Science and Innovation, and the Ministry of Health. Representatives of non-governmental organizations may also be involved.

The plan for dealing with aggressors undergoing the correctional program will be developed by the local policeman within two working days from the moment the protection order is issued.

Then he must coordinate the plan with the Inson Social Services Center and ensure its approval by the Deputy district mayor/Head of Family and Women's Affairs Department.

The local policeman will enter information about the program completion into the E-Tuzatish Dasturi (E-Correction Program) module of the E-Ijtimoiy Profilaktika (E-Social prevention) information system.
