0.56-ha land plot in Uchtepa district of Tashkent city was sold for 55.13 billion soum, $4.2 million USD in an auction on February 14. The plot is located in the Khamdoost mahalla, at the intersection of Lutfi and Katta Khirmontepa streets. The buyer, Al-Baraka Qop Biznes unveiled the plan to build an apartment building on the land.
According to the terms of the auction, the plot is leased for 49 years. While, the company commits to erect a house no later than 3 years after entering into a contract.
According to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, Al-Baraka Qop Biznes was registered in 2021.
