Uzbek Ambassador Gayrat Fozilov met with the director and co-founder of the Dutch recruitment agency EuroTalents. During the talks, the parties discussed hiring manpower from Uzbekistan for the Netherlands jobs, as well as establishing cooperation between the Migration Agency and the EuroTalents recruitment agency.
The EuroTalents executives voiced their interest in hiring Uzbeks for logistics and transport, construction and infrastructure development, technology, hotel business and hospital jobs.
They noted that companies in the Benelux countries hire foreign workers only on a legal basis and emphasized that the agency closely assists at all stages of the hiring, including entering into labour contracts, wages, providing housing and compliance with legislation.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold online negotiations between the Migration Agency and the management of the EuroTalents recruitment agency to discuss all the details of cooperation.
