Uzbekistan Airways announced holiday flight sale for local destinations on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. According to the company press service, starting from June 8, the airline will offer a 50% discount on all domestic flights scheduled from June 28 to July 2.
As reported earlier, the most likely date for the celebration of Eid al-Adha in Uzbekistan is June 28.
In December last year, the president signed a decree adding non-working days during the celebration of official dates and postponing days off in 2023. On April 20, the head of state made changes to the above decree. According to the new decree, June 30 (Friday) is declared an additional day off for all employees, regardless of the type of work week.
However, if Eid al-Adha is celebrated on June 29 (Thursday), then the Uzbeks will have four days off in a row, if on June 28 - five days in a row.
