The Energy Value Networks Forum will be held on May 28, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent, bringing together leading institutions and experts from Korea and Uzbekistan to deepen collaboration in the energy sector.
The forum is co-organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Korea Energy Agency (KEA), the Korea Institute for Climate Change (KICC), the Energy Expert Training Center (EETC), and Ajou University in Tashkent (AUT), and is proudly supported by the following organizations: Korea District Heating Corporation, Korea Western Power, Hyundai Power Systems, Quantum Solution, KEC System, and AQUAPRO.
Given that Uzbekistan is actively pursuing energy sector reforms and greenhouse gas reduction goals, this forum serves as a timely and strategic platform for sharing knowledge, advancing policy dialogue, and building capacity for sustainable energy development.
The forum will bring together a wide range of participants, including the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, other Uzbek government agencies, as well as leading universities, energy companies, and public institutions from both countries.
Throughout the event, participants will engage in keynote speeches, technical sessions, and thematic presentations covering key topics such as energy audits and diagnostics, greenhouse gas mitigation strategies, renewable energy deployment, human capital development, and public-private partnerships for clean energy transition.
Organizers hope that the forum will serve as a platform to build long-term institutional partnerships, spark collaborative projects and investment opportunities, support Uzbekistan's energy policy development, and strengthen local capacity in energy efficiency and green innovation.
The Energy Value Networks Forum is expected to serve as a critical step toward building a more sustainable and resilient energy future for both nations by promoting cross-border collaboration and shared expertise.
