Leman Capital, a Swiss capital-investment company, received for trust management the shares of three companies, via Integra Eurasia.
Leman Capital received shares of:
- Uzparavtotrans JSC (104,544 units, 26.5%);
- JSC Bukhoroneftegazparmolash (1,003,576 units, 23.4%);
- Uzpartamponaj JSC (816,200 units, 9.66%).
Leman Capital is part of the international financial group Leman, headquartered in Nyon, in Swiss canton of Vaud. It began operations in Uzbekistan in 2018.
Its mission is to use the technology and resources of the Leman group to become a leader in the field of corporate finance, brokerage, investment advisory and asset management.
