Insulin production plant Zamin Bio Health, financed with the loan of Trust Bank, was inaugurated in Andijan yesterday. It is the only company in Central Asia that specializes in the production of insulin.
The project was initiated during the visit of the President Mirziyoyev to the Andijan province on June 2-3, 2017. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the governor of Andijan province Shukhratbek Abdurakhmanov and the chairman of Trust Bank Sardor Normuhamedov.
The enterprise is designed to produce about 10 million insulin bottles per year, to be sold locally and marketed abroad, with over 100 jobs created.
