The President of Uzbekistan by his April 20 decree appointed Ravshan Ayyubovich Gulyamov as chairman of the newly created Privatized Enterprises Assistance and Competition Development Committee, the committee's website said in a statement.
Prior to this appointment, Ravshan Gulyamov served as Executive Director of the Reconstruction and Development Fund of Uzbekistan.
As reported earlier, the new committee was created by the April 18 Presidential decree instead of the Committee on Privatization, Demonopolization and Competition Development.
