China’s President Xi Jinping at the Central Asia-China online summit condemned the so-called color revolutions, stating that "under the pretext of protecting human rights, some coutries interfere in the internal affairs of countries, undermine the peaceful life of peoples."

"We all categorically oppose attempts by external forces to inspire color revolutions in the region. Under the pretext of protecting human rights, they interfere in the internal affairs of our countries and undermine the peaceful life of our peoples," he said.

Xi Jinping recalled that the recent unrest in Kazakhstan resulted in significant human losses and property damage. "China is a Kazakhstan’s neighbor and friend, and we strongly support its efforts to end the violence and stabilize the situation," the Chinese leader added.

He added that Beijing was ready to provide Kazakhstan with the necessary support and assistance. "I am convinced that under the faithful leadership of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the people of Kazakhstan will open a bright future for their country," Xi Jinping summed up.

In the next three years, China will provide the countries of Central Asia (including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan) $500 million in assistance, he added, saying that the money is intended "for the implementation of socially significant projects."

China will also provide educational quotas to 5,000 experts from Central Asian countries to improve their skills in health care, information technology, and reduce poverty and improve the welfare of rural areas.
