At a meeting on October 29, the Central Election Commission decided to consider Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev elected to the post of President of Uzbekistan for the next five years.

According to the final results of the elections, 16,212,343 out of 20,158,907 people in the voter list took part in the voting on October 24, which is 80.4% of the total number of voters.

12,988,964, or 80.12% of the total number of those who took part in the voting, voted for Shavkat Mirziyoyev, nominated by the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Business People - the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

1,075,016 people, or 6.63% of voters, voted for Maqsuda Varisova from the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

Alisher Qodirov from the Milliy Tiklanish Democratic Party was supported by 888,515, or 5.48% of voters.

549,766, or 3.39% of voters, voted for Bakhrom Abdukhalimov from the Adolat Social Democratic Party.

670 641, or 4.14% of voters, voted for Narzulla Oblomurodov from the Ecological Party.

The number of spoiled ballots is 39 443, or 0.24%.

According to the Electoral Code, the president takes office from the moment of taking the oath at a meeting of the Oliy Majlis no later than two months from the date of the official announcement of the election results.
