The first private airline Qanot Sharq in Uzbekistan From October 14 launched twice-a-week Tashkent to Moscow route on A320-200. The aircraft, which arrived from Tashkent, landed at Vnukovo airport, where it was greeted with a water arch, Aviaport.ru reported.
Over 20 years of activity, Qanot Sharq has accumulated significant experience mainly in the field of air cargo transportation. During this period, the airline managed to create a network of large agencies in Uzbekistan and abroad and transported more than 100 thousand tons of cargo.
While, over the past seven years, the airline has tested its capabilities in the field of passenger transportation.
“Having established effective cooperation with local and foreign airlines, Qanot Sharq carried more than 150 thousand passengers through charter flights,” the statement concluded.
