The Uzbek pharmaceutical company Jurabek Laboratories has manufactured the first batch of ZF-UZ-VAC2001 coronavirus vaccine in 7 million doses, Vaccination.uz and the Ministry of Health reported.
On September 30 was held a ceremony for the transfer of 1,458,820 vaccine doses to the Authority for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health. The shots will be delivered to vaccination points in stages.
The ceremony was attended by Minister of Innovative Development Ibrohim Abdurakhmonov, Deputy Head of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service Nurmat Otabekov and First Deputy Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry Dilshod Akbarov.
