On August 23, the Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov held an online meeting with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Adel al-Jubeir, the Foreign Ministry reported.
Reportedly, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various areas.
The parties exchange views on the situation in the region, including the development of events in Afghanistan, as well as issues of cooperation between the parties within the framework of international organizations.
The schedule and organizational aspects of upcoming joint events at various levels were also reviewed.
