On June 8-13, the Ergaki Military-Sports Training Center in the Sayan Mountains of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia, will host a joint drill of the Special Forces of Uzbekistan and the Russian Central Military District.
According to the Russian media, during the drill, the two countries' intelligence units used special equipment to cross the complex mountainous and forested area and conduct search and reconnaissance operations. The military then will drill on seizing a base camp of the conditionally illegal group, provide first aid, and evacuate the wounded. In addition, they have to demonstrate their skills in finding food in the conditional enemy territory.
Special attention was paid to the development of intelligence techniques, including laser equipment of various modifications.
