The government has officially approved new administrative regulation allowing vehicle owners to apply online for the release of their vehicles from impound lots.
Individuals can access this digital service through any of the following channels:
- MyGov portal (my.gov.uz);
- official mobile app of the State Road Safety Service;
- Governmental Service Centers (in-person).
When applying via the MyGov portal or the mobile app, applicants simply complete and submit an electronic request form to initiate the release process.
The accuracy of the information provided in the application shall be verified automatically through an integrated system.
During the review process, the authorized body confirms the following:
- original reasons and legal grounds for impounding the vehicle have been resolved;
- or, the administrative case regarding the violation has been fully reviewed and a formal legal decision has been reached.
Once the review is complete, a notification shall be sent via the MyGov portal or the mobile app within one working day, confirming that the vehicle is cleared for release from the impound lot.
