The government has issued the Approval of Program of Steps to Enhance Legal Culture in Society for 2026–2027 resolution.

Under this newly approved Program, authorities will leverage the Online-Mahalla platform and the Mahalla authorities teams to analyze the most pressing issues facing local residents. These findings will be used to create simplified media materials—such as video summaries, infographics, and booklets—that provide clear, legally grounded solutions to common problems.

By the end of each year, a collection titled Top 100 Legal Recommendations will be compiled based on public inquiries. This resource will be distributed through videos, infographics, and podcasts. Additionally, Adliya TV (Justice TV) will host interviews and podcasts where specialists break down new legislation into easy-to-understand explanations for the general public.

In the construction sector, a new mobile app called Legality in Construction will be launched. The app will feature interactive elements like games, tests, and videos to explain building codes, alongside an AI-powered chatbot that allows citizens to report illegal construction activities directly.

The Advice.uz and Gender-Madad platforms are set for a major upgrade, which will be accompanied by prize-winning quizzes across social media.

The Program also outlines the following initiatives:

  • Developing and widely promoting educational videos designed to foster legal awareness and culture among children.
  • Launching social media challenges and a public service announcement (PSA) contest under the slogan Save the Family – Stop the Violence!
  • Designating a Legal Knowledge Month to be held throughout educational institutions.

The chiefs of relevant government agencies and organizations will be held personally accountable for the timely, comprehensive, and high-quality implementation of these measures. Furthermore, they are required to submit progress reports to the Ministry of Justice at the end of each quarter.
