The president Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to Astana, Kazakhstan, on April 21–22, according to his press service.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev is set to participate in the Regional Environmental Summit and a meeting of the Council of the Heads of State-Founders of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS). These high-level gatherings will focus on bolstering regional cooperation for Central Asia’s sustainable development and tackling the region’s most pressing environmental, climate, and water security challenges.
President Mirziyoyev is expected to share his insights and strategic vision regarding these issues. He will also tour a specialized environmental exhibition featuring various national pavilions. Several significant documents are expected to be adopted at the conclusion of the summits.
