On the afternoon of April 20, most of Uzbekistan can expect warm and dry weather, Uzhydromet said in a forecast. Short-term showers and thunderstorms are possible only in parts of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm province. Air temperatures across the country will range between +24°C and +29°C.
In Tashkent, the afternoon of April 20 will remain dry. However, brief showers and thunderstorms are expected during the second half of the day on April 21, with temperatures hovering between +25°C and +28°C.
On April 22 and 23, intermittent rain and thunderstorms are forecasted. Daytime temperatures will reach +24°C to +26°C on the 22nd, before cooling down to +20°C to +22°C on the 23rd.
By April 24, the rain is expected to clear, with temperatures rebounding to +25°C to +27°C.
Winds will generally be light to moderate from the east, though gusts may reach 12–14 m/s on April 21 and 22.
