Several dozens of black Chevrolet Gentras were detained in Namangan city after a fatal accident. The Namangan province police department said that on February 11 at about 6:40 a.m., a black Gentra driver killed a 67-year-old male hitting him on a zebra crossing on Amir Temur street.
Video footage surfaced on social networks showing a large number (possibly about a hundred) of black sedans, placed in several rows at a stadium.
CCTV cameras show how the car stops after hitting the person, then leaves the scene. The pedestrian died on the spot.

As part of the search for the driver, black Gentras were detained, including those who arrived from other provinces. After check by specialists, the drivers were reportedly allowed to collect their cars, the report says.
The Traffic Police Department called on social media users to correctly interpret the actions of the internal affairs officers.

The Namangan province police department added the man, 27-year old resident of Namangan city, who committed the crime, was arrested.
