A drunk young man who killed three people by driving a car, which he doesn’t own, in Uychi district of Namangan province was issued a sentence, the spokesman to the Supreme Court Aziz Obidov said.
The initial investigation found that the young man did not have a driver's license and was driving at a speed of 100 km per hour in a 60 km per hour zone.
The court found him guilty under Part 3, Subclause “a” of the Causing the death of people by violating the rules for the movement or safety of vehicles charge. He was sentenced to 6 only years in prison (what a disgrace). He will probably be released on parole in three years.
