The president Mirziyoyev signed a bill into law scrapping the procedure for purchase of state-owned assets at "zero" rate.
According to it, some legal acts, including pledging, evaluation and auctioning of state-owned property, canceling the procedure for the sale of state properties at "zero" rate, regulating the sponsorship expenses of state-owned enterprises, as well as the regulation of the stock market related changes and additions shall be regulated.
Earlier, the State Property Management Law was enacted. The document regulates relations in the field of state property management.
The law defines the procedure for ownership and/or use of state property, management of enterprises in which state owns stake, requirements for management bodies, procedure for keeping state property register and disclosure of information.
