Footage circulated on social networks on the eve in which a driver on Captiva SUV was trying to run over several people on a football pitch in Syrdarya province. The situation was commented by the provincial police department.
The footage shows the man making deliberate and dangerous maneuvers and, as a result, hitting one person.
The suspect was detained and the car was taken to the impound area. A criminal case has been launched provisionally under Hooliganism charge of the Criminal Code.
A day earlier, a similar incident was reported in the Zarbdor district of the Jizzakh region. There, a KamAZ driver, drunk and after an argument, ran into a Spark car parked near a store and damaged both the car and the display window. He also tried to run over people.
