The State Assets Management Agency has announced the putting up for sale of 100 percent of the government’s stake in International Hotel Tashkent.
Deloitte was hired as a privatization consultant.
The hotel has 232 rooms, 7 conference rooms, 2 restaurants, bars, summer terrace, gym and a swimming pool. There are 44,903 square meters of buildings and structures on a total land area of 3 hectares.
The privatization will be in three stages: Express of interest, non-binding offer (NBO) and binding offer (BO) stages. At the final stage, at least 1% of the price will be required as a guarantee payment.
The deadline for bidding is July 4, 2024 at 18:00 (Tashkent time).
