On May 14, the ceremony was held at the Preschool Educational Institutions No.17 and No.28 of Termez City of Surkhandarya Region to hand over the educational equipment equivalent to a total amount of about 50,000 US dollars, provided within the framework of the "Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects" of the Government of Japan.
Within the framework of Japan's cooperation, Preschool Educational Institutions were provided with equipment including tables, chairs and furniture for kitchen room, which ensured safe and hygienic care for children and improved the educational environment.
Japan attaches great importance to the concept of "Human Security", which contributes to the creation of a society where everyone can live happily and with dignity. The Embassy of Japan will continue to promote cooperation that contributes to the healthy growth of children, who are the future leaders of Uzbekistan, and improves the quality of the educational environment.
