CAMCE will also study the prospects for cooperation in the field of eco-tourism and the possibility of building a new cable car in the mountainous areas of the Samarkand region.
In December, the Ministry of Environment and the Tadweer company (UAE), as part of the COP28 climate summit in Dubai, signed a memorandum providing for the introduction of “green” technologies in the municipal solid waste (MSW) management sector, as well as the launch of a plant for the production of electricity by burning waste.
Waste incineration plants use technology for recycling industrial and municipal solid waste through thermal decomposition in boilers or furnaces. At the same time, by using the heat of combustion, heat and electricity are generated.
