Corpses of three people from the same family with signs of homicide were found on Saturday at about 2:55 AM in one of the houses in the Syrdarya district after a fire, the spokesman to the General Prosecutor's Office, Khayot Shamsutdinov said.
According to him, a mother, son and daughter died, with their identities now being clarified.
An operational group formed from qualified and experienced officers of the prosecutor's office and police detained the suspect, who is now Deliberate murder of two or more persons with extreme cruelty charge and an investigation underway and the causes of the incident being established, the department added.
