President Mirziyoyev signed the Additional measures to reduce state participation in the economy decree on April 19 paving the way for the privatization of the National Interbank Processing Center (Humo).
The Humo payment card system was added to the list of 247 companies where government’s stakes are to be put up for public auction.
By the November 30 presidential decree, the government’s stake (100%) in Humo, which belonged to the Main Informatization Center of the Central Bank, transferred to the State Asset Management Agency (SAMA).
