Mobile operator Beeline has announced plans to sell its head office building in downtown Tashkent next to Amir Temur square. The decision to sell was due to “the move to another building.”
The building occupied by Beeline was erected in 1988 and underwent reconstruction in 2014. The property consists of 6 floors with an attic and a basement. The total area is 14739 sq. m. m, and also has surface parking for 75 spaces. Price not specified.
In connection with the move, the 3-story office building of the company’s contact center in the Shaykhantakhur district of the capital on Karatash area has also been put up for sale. The facility was built in 2010 and underwent reconstruction in 2015. The total area is 2595 sqm.
