The Foreign Minister, Bakhtiyor Saidov hosted the visiting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, Zambry Abdul Kadir on Tuesday.
"We met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Mr. Zambri Abdul Kadir in Tashkent," wrote Saidov on his Telegram account. "During our effective dialogue, we explored the vast untapped potential between our countries."
Cooperation Program for 2023-2026 was signed between the foreign ministries of Uzbekistan and Malaysia.
"The agenda of our meeting was wide-ranging, including expansion of comprehensive cooperation, acceleration of economic diplomacy as a priority, boosting tourism, strengthening of the contractual and legal basis of our relations, as well as regional and global issues," Bakhtiyor Saidov added.
