Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at a government meeting on the effectiveness of reforms, the state of affairs in the provinces and the search for solutions to concern of the public today, touched upon the conflict in the Middle East.

According to the president, the way how the events will evolve will affect not only the Middle East, but also the Central Asia.

If the escalation continues, trade ties and logistics routes that have recovered from the pandemic will again be under threat, the head of state said.

He added that peace, justice and the elevation of human dignity are now of greater value than ever before.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev said that each mayor should be able to see both opportunities and risks in their province in advance, and ministers in their industries, and work ahead of the curve, without waiting for instructions, but taking the initiative independently.

The most important thing is to improve the dialogue with the public and business, and quickly resolve the issues they raise. This should be the main goal of every leader, he concluded.
