President’s draft Additional measures to increase the capacity of the electric power industry of the Khorezm province, provide households and sectors of the economy with energy Decree was posted.
Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade in cooperation with Nidro Enerji Elektrik Uretim Sanayi A.Ş. (Turkey) plans to implement the 174 MW gas piston power plant project in Khorezm province.
To implement the project, the investor established Odaş Enerji SA LLC (project company).
Khorezm province governor’s office allocated a land plot to the State Assets Management Agency on the rights of permanent use in accordance with the conditions specified in the investment agreement and the agreement on the purchase of electricity.
The State Assets Management Agency will ensure the entering into a direct lease agreement for 7 hectares of land allocated by the Khorezm province governor’s office for a period of 25 years at a zero rate for the implementation of an investment project with Odaş Enerji SA LLC.
The State Assets Management Agency shall be relieved from the collection of funds intended for the development of new lands of equal value to 4.7 hectares of irrigated arable land allocated to the agency in the Agriculture and Food Development Fund under the Ministry of Agriculture.
