Chinese Exeed models will be launched in Syrdarya from end of May, with the necessary equipment for the plant for the production of cars already delivered, the Syrdarya province governor Akmaljon Mahmudaliyev announced at the business forum in Xi'an, China.
Uzbek-Chinese business forum took place in of Xian, where President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived to attend the Central Asia-China Summit.
Also following the negotiations, the $1.5 billion worth of cooperation projects between China and the Syrdarya province were inked at the forum, the governor said. According to him, these projects would be implemented in 2023-2025.
He added that the Chinese experience in terms of applying scientific approaches to combating poverty would be studied and put into practice.
