On April 4, 2017, the Uzbek Deputy Prime Minister overseeing Oil and Gas sector, Gulomjon Ibragimov held a working meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Gazprom, Alexei Miller in Moscow, Gazprom's press service reported.
Gulomjon Ibragimov and Alexey Miller discussed the issues of cooperation in the gas sector between Uzbekistan and Gazprom.
In particular, the sides discussed the purchase of Uzbek gas by Gazprom. and the issues related to geological exploration works to be performed by Gazprom and UzbekNefteGaz in Uzbekistan.
Gulomjon Ibragimov also visited Gazprom’s Central Supervision Board and got acquainted with the work of the Integrated Gas Supply System of the Russian Federation.
