The Accounts Chamber published the 2021 State Budget of Uzbekistan Bill and its own conclusion. It was noted that the documents for making the conclusion were submitted to the Chamber on a later than the scheduled deadline (on October 28, not on September 20).

According to the Bill, the gross domestic product in 2021 is projected to reach 688 trillion 936.1 billion soums (US$63.2 billion), with a per capita figure of 19.7 million soums (US$1.8 thousand).

“In 2021, the real GDP growth rate is projected at 5.1%. Considering the structure of the projected GDP, the sectors share tops 627 trillion 257.9 billion soums (91.0% of GDP) and tax collections from goods and and export-import operations stand at 61 trillion 678.1 billion soums (9.0%),” the Accounts Chamber said.

In terms of sectors, the services account for the largest share (32.3%), industry (25.6%), construction (6.5%) and agriculture, forestry and fisheries (26.6%).
