Novaport, the largest Russian airport development company will modernize three air ports in Uzbekistan. Today, the Government of Uzbekistan and Novaport Holding signed an agreement on the implementation of modernization and development project for Samarkand, Namangan and Urgench airports.
On behalf of the Uzbek government by the First Deputy Minister of Transport, Ilhom Mahkamov and on behalf of the Russian company, the deal was signed by the Chairman Roman Trotsenko.
Novaport’s portfolio includes 16 air ports in such cities as Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Volgograd, Astrakhan, Mineralnye Vody, Vladikavkaz, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Chita, Ulan-Ude, Murmansk, Kaliningrad, Barnaul and Stavropol.
