The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the State of Kuwait, Bahromdjon Aloyev presented credentials to the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
During the meeting, Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah underscored that Uzbekistan is a friendly, reliable and promising partner of Kuwait in the region, and expressed his willingness to contribute to the upgrading of the Uzbek-Kuwaiti relations to a new level in all fields of mutual interest.
The Emir of Kuwait also stressed the importance of the official visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Abdulaziz Kamilov in Kuwait city on February 7-10, 2017, which contributed to the further strengthening of political dialogue, expansion of trade-economic, investment, financial-technical cooperation between the two countries, to the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
