On February 8 the Uzbek Foreign Ministry delegation headed by the Minister Kamilov was received by the Prime Minister of State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
The Uzbek Foreign Minister conveyed the greetings and the best wishes of the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoev to the leadership of Kuwait.
According to the Foreign Ministry press service, the sides discussed the status and prospects for further advancing of bilateral ties, especially in trade, economic and investment areas.
At the meeting it was emphasized that the activation the Uzbek-Kuwaiti dialogue opens up opportunities to upgrade cooperation to a new level. Also the sides exchanged views on other bilateral and international issues.
