A pre-investigation check conducted by the Narpay District Prosecutor's Office has uncovered an illegal mining operation. men identified as D.A., M.A., and several accomplices were found to be operating a coordinated scheme in the Pakhtachi District without any legal authorization.
The group had extracted 5 tons of gold-bearing ore and used crude, handmade equipment to process the stones and extract gold.
A criminal case has been launched under Article 196-2 of the Criminal Code (illegal extraction of minerals via prospecting methods without a permit), with investigative proceedings currently underway.
