As of 10:00 PM on April 14, severe winds reaching 15–20 m/s swept through parts of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, and Kashkadarya, as well as across much of the Bukhara and Navoi provinces. According to Uzhydromet, gusts in certain districts of Bukhara, Navoi, and Kashkadarya intensified to 23–25 m/s, triggering dust storms.

While subsequent rainfall in these areas eventually suppressed the dust, the strong winds are expected to persist throughout the following day. In Khorezm, the storm caused trees to fall, damaging vehicles and tearing roofs off several homes; however, no casualties have been reported.

During the overnight and morning hours, wind speeds may reach 15–20 m/s in the Samarkand and Jizzakh provinces, with localized dust rising. Throughout the day on April 15, Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, Navoi, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, and Fergana will likely experience winds of 15–20 m/s, with extreme gusts of up to 25–28 m/s in some areas. Dust storms remain a threat for Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, and the Fergana Valley.

In the Tashkent province, winds are expected to reach 13–18 m/s with brief periods of blowing dust, though morning rains should mitigate the impact. In Tashkent city, winds will generally remain between 5–10 m/s, with occasional gusts of up to 12 m/s accompanied by light drifting dust.
