Jasurbek Shodiev was issued a fine after publishing an Instagram video footage in Tashkent province which shows him standing on a stack of toilet paper packs, into which a car crashed, and afterwards he jumped, the spokesman to the Tashkent city police department said.
The footage was filmed on December 30 in Tashkent district, after which the organizers of the filming left the scattered garbage in place. The "blogger" was ruled to pay 5 basic calculation units (1.875 million soums, or 150 USD) for environmental pollution. heapologized and reassured that such a thing would not happen again.
According to him, the video, published on December 31, collected 4 million views in two or three days. No one was hurt during the filming, but the car was damaged, which the blogger reported in another video.
Now, the department is reportedly also working to identify other participants in the offense.
