He reported that a teacher named Guzal reportedly pricked his daughter's arms with a needle and did not let her go to the toilet, locking the classroom door.
This way, she exerted psychological pressure on the girl. The father believes that the reason is the refusal to pay 50 thousand soums for additional classes.
The office of the children's ombudsperson Surayo Rakhmonova reported that she was studying the situation and that the district police department has begun a pre-investigation check on the teacher's actions.
Forensic medical examination has been ordered to assess the extent of the girl's injuries.
