Online authorizations will be issued for certain procedural actions within the framework of criminal cases. According to the draft 2024 state program, this is about tapping talks through telephones and other telecommunication devices, conducting searches, intercepting postal and telegraphic parcels, and other procedural actions.
Electronic authorization shall not be issued in cases involving state secrets and other information protected by law.
According to the draft, such a proposal was made by the Prosecutor General's Office, the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Justice.
Public discussion on the draft state program will continue through February 14.
