Omar Abdulrahman scored one and assisted for two as Al Ain advanced to the 2017 AFC Champions League Round of 16 as Group C winners after a 3-0 victory over Bunyodkor on Monday.

Having already secured their place in the knockout round, the hosts took the lead at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium when Nassir Al Shamrani finished low into the bottom corner on 34 minutes following an Abdulrahman assist.

With 13 minutes remaining, Abdulrahman then added his name to the scoresheet with a well-struck free-kick, before Ibrahim Diaky rounded off the win in injury time by heading home an Abdulrahman corner.

The three points meant Al Ain finished on top Group C with 12 points, one ahead of Saudi Arabia's Al Ahli, who joined the Emiratis in the knockout phase following a 2-0 win over Zobahan. Bunyodkor, meanwhile, finished bottom of the standings on three points.
