Unfortunately, recent tragic events in Uzbekistan have once again confirmed that there are destructive forces trying to disrupt our plans and create chaos and instability in our region, he noted.
In this regard, we support the proposal to establish regular consultations of the heads of security councils and special services of the countries of the region in all these areas, he proposed state.
