Cabinet of Ministers issued the Approval of the list of foreign states whose citizens have the right to purchase new real estate under construction in the Republic of Uzbekistan Resolution.
The list includes 108 countries whose citizens have the right to purchase real estate (excluding land) without a residence permit, Norma said.
The Resolution has also determined that new real estate facilities are:
- real estate, the construction of which has already been started, but not accepted for use;
- real estate for which there is a decision of province governor (city mayor) approving the acceptance act of the commission for use of a completed building, structure, residential building;
- real estate for which the right of ownership has arisen on the basis of a permit for use of real estate with completed construction and installation works;
- real estate, from the moment of acceptance for use of which have passed no more than three years.
Foreign countries the citizens of which are entitled to buy newly built real estate in the Republic of Uzbekistan (except land plots) without residence permit.
